Our philosophy
We recognize and
honor each child's unique way of being in the world. We strive
daily to inspire each child, and each day we are inspired by them.
We provide children a haven - an environment of natural materials and
healthy food. We provide families a supportive community, and
an opportunity to be an integral part of our daily rhythm, creating
a flow between home and school.
With a deep emphasis on respect,
we help each child build a solid emotional core. Through compassionate
communication, we help develop an awareness of their impact on each
other and on the earth.
Harmony's
rhythm
Harmony's daily
rhythm is blossoming with opportunities for your child(ren) to laugh,
play, perform, explore, rest, focus and enjoy the freedom of being children! With fun comes some messy adventures so be sure to send your child in
washable clothing that you won't mind getting dirty.
The
Magic Circle
Our Magic Circle
is where all the children gather as our morning ritual. We light
a candle and each child has the opportunity to check in. This
is a time when we share open expression, go on magical adventures and
talk together as a community. The children are encouraged to share
their feelings and this is a opportunity to dream up creative solutions.
It is a time of day to enhance the imagination of the children through
song and movement.
Community
snack program
Each day, our community
snack program ensures that your children are eating healthy, wholesome
foods that their bodies embrace, rather than processed, sugar-packed
foods that take their bodies on a roller coaster ride of crashing and
burning.
Schedules offered
We offer a half-day program
8:30-12:30 and our full day is 8:30-2:30.
